Rosie (she/her) has spent her career designing and coordinating programs that bring people together around food systems, sustainability, and community health. She is experienced as a program director, facilitator, and community builder with a deep passion for food, farming, and equitable community development. She serves as an Associate Consultant and Integrator with RSP. In her previous experiences, she led a wide range of educational and grant programs in multiple regional food and agriculture organizations, including the Appalachian Regional Food Business Center.
Rosie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from East Tennessee State University, where she focused on medical anthropology, Spanish, and Public Health. In 2023, Rosie completed a certificate in Participatory Facilitation with the New School of Participatory Change, deepening her expertise in systems-based changemaking, facilitation, and creating safe spaces for empowered participation.
When she’s not working, Rosie enjoys baking, writing, and scuba diving.
