Senior Manager, Projects and Processes

Fairleigh Hoots is the Senior Manager with Rural Support Partners and acts as a project manager for all client based and internal work at RSP. She brings with her over 20 years of experience from the veterinary and healthcare industries with expertise in managing organizational and strategic development projects.

Fairleigh grew up in the mountains of North Georgia and spent many years living in Colorado, Washington, and North Carolina. After almost 10 years of city life in Atlanta, Fairleigh decided to return to her beloved mountains, community, and chosen family in Asheville, NC.

Fairleigh brings a wealth of knowledge in project management, event planning, customer care, sales, and administration to Rural Support Partners. She is able to seamlessly coordinate people, agendas, priorities, and deliverables to successfully support our clients and partners.

During her free time, Fairleigh enjoys seeing live music, visiting local breweries, traveling, tending to her many house plants, and watching sci-fi movies with her teenage daughter.
